With ChatGPT and Large Language Models (LLMs) taking the world by storm, I decided to try it for myself and see what predictions it has for the Conversational AI Market in 2023.
However, as the well-known and frequently discussed ChatGPT model couldn't supply me with current, up-to-date information, this is the unhelpful response I received:
“As I mentioned earlier, as an AI language model, I don't have access to real-time market data. However, based on recent market research and forecasts, the global conversational AI market is expected to continue growing in the coming years.”
And this is one of the stumbling blocks of a limited AI model and perhaps also why (according to Gartner) 90% of basic chatbots today will be abandoned by 2025 simply because they fail to give sensible, relevant, or accurate advice to consumers.
