Democratizing AI

The term democratizing AI has been over-used to a large degree, and these days I asked myself...what does it mean in practical terms?

Kore.ai recently launched a product called Experience Optimization (XO) Automation Express.  The aim of XO Automation Express is to truly democratize AI by enabling makers to create voice or text conversational UIs in minutes.
